You can return most items within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original packaging
Include all original accessories and tags
Be in the same condition as when delivered
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened software or digital products
Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, hygiene products)
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
Items marked "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale"
Items damaged by the customer

Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
If the item is damaged or not in returnable condition, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Vira.ng will cover the return shipping cost
If returning for personal reasons (e.g. changed mind), you will be responsible for return shipping
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
