1. Return Window

You can return most items within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Include all original accessories and tags

  • Be in the same condition as when delivered


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened software or digital products

  • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Items marked "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale"

  • Items damaged by the customer


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our support team at:


Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
We will guide you through the return process.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • If the item is damaged or not in returnable condition, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Vira.ng will cover the return shipping cost

  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g. changed mind), you will be responsible for return shipping


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
